A great little project I arrived halfway through on, with outstanding lead animation on the zoetrope by  Maki Yoshikura. 

I was responsible for the dragon animation. Above you can see the progression from roughs to the (almost) final pass (thinking I had time to hand draw the scales at the end was a strong miscalculation on my part ).
